From Pioneer Roots to Oregon Legacy
Mary and Thomas Hubbard build
the chapel by hand on land deeded by the family farm. The first wedding takes place six months later.
1925
A Chapel Built to Last
The Hubbard family restores the original timber frame and installs the stained-glass windows that still look out onto the garden today.
1958
Garden Expansion
The original garden is expanded to host outdoor receptions, with the heritage oak planted that summer becoming the centerpiece of countless first dances.
1985
The Restoration that Modernized
The barn behind the chapel is converted into a heated, four-season reception hall, doubling the venue’s capacity to 150 guests.
2010
A Century of Weddings, Gatherings & Community
A full electrical, climate, and bridal-suite update brings the chapel into the modern era while preserving every original beam, pew, and pane of glass.
